How to Order
The default currency is US Dollars. Use the links on the left of the page to browse through our jewelry items by category. Enter the quantity you want for each item and press 'Add to Cart' just once per page. You can even go straight to another page; this will adjust the order if you have made any changes to the quantities or colors on the page. When finished proceed to 'See Order - Make Payment'. You can also make changes to your order here.
What happens if my order is not in stock?
Normally, it takes about 2-4 weeks to manufacture an order that is not in stock. If your order is in stock, we can arrange shipment immediately after receipt of payment. Please allow 5 days for shipment to reach you from the date we send it.
What type of currency and payment do you accept?
We accept all major currencies; You can also pay directly into our bank account . We cannot be held responsible for payment lost in transit to us. Even though you can view your order in any currency your Credit card will be Debited in Thailand Baht and your bank will make the conversion of currency for you so your final total might differ slightly depending on your bank. Once I have ordered how long will it take before I receive my order?
If your order can be prepared from our stock, you will receive your order about 1 week after we received the money. If your items are out of stock, it will take between 2-4 weeks to manufacture these items. Please note that packages to Europe generally arrive within (3 - 4) days and the rest of the world (4 - 8) days. Please note that packages can take longer to arrive overseas. We will do our very best to ship your order as soon as possible.
What about security when I pay by credit card?
Our security is second to none, so that when you make an order your personal information is transferred safely. Our payment gateway is provided by Secure Trading. We will never even see your card details.
What will appear on my credit card statement?
Your credit card statement will show a debit from 'KISSISKS'.
How do you send out my order?
All orders are sent out in discreet packaging. Your order will be sent out in a plain padded envelope or box. There are no labels on the packaging except the delivery address. There is no reference to what is contained with the envelopes or boxes. Inside there will be your order, and an invoice.
How do we know that you are a legitimate company/ business? Will we receive what we have ordered / paid for? Do you have a shop, warehouse or a place where we can visit?

We operate as a factory www.ksj.biz and we also have a factory shop www.kissisks.com We are always available by phone or e mail if you have any other inquiries as well. Our group participate in international show and we are registered in the deparment of export http://www.depthai.go.th We do have a factory and physical shop in Bangkruay.
How do I know if you have received my order?
When you place an order you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing your order number and confirming your ordered items. If you have any queries about your order please quote your order number when e-mailing or phoning us. We will send you another e-mail containing your tracking reference, once your order has been dispatched.

I do not have credit card. How can I pay?
We have made provision for various modes of payment facility for your convenience. If you do not have a Credit Card or do not wish to pay by card, you can transfer payment by means of T.T. directly to us.
Why does it take longer than 7 days for receiving my goods?
Sometimes due to heavy orders we need to fill in our inventory. This can take a little longer time then estimated. In this kind of situate we shall inform you in advance and shall let you know the estimated date or shipping.
I've discontinued my old email address. How can I change it?

How can I review my order details?
Click the sign up link on our website.Then enter your User ID and Password. Then you shall be shown the list of all your orders.

I am trying to place an order but it won't let me add anything to my cart?
This is a common mishap if you have entered the wrong User-ID or wrong password. if you are an existing Customer, you will need to enter the User-ID and password you used when you set up your account. to change this info please send us an e-mail if you cannot seem to place your order online please send us an e-mail or fax with your order. We will fix your account so you can order online next time.
Out of stock items, how do I know when they will be back in stock, and how do I order them if they are out of stock?
Out of stock items usually take approximately 2 to 3 weeks to come back into stock, the best way to know if an item is back in Stock is to check the website regularly. As soon as it is back in stock it will show on our website in "real time". Please do not call us regarding out of stock items, because our staff will just go onto our site to check stock, just like you would do. Because items come from overseas it is hard to tell exactly when things are coming back into stock. When shopping just look for other items you would like to purchase and order ASAP,(because what's in stock today, may be out of stock tomorrow). Than you can pick up the items that where out of stock on your next order.

Do you match or beat competitor's prices?
Yes, on a case by case basis we will match and try to beat competitor's advertised prices if we can. Competitor must be offering the same product and have it in stock for us to consider this offer. Please contact us if this is ever the case on any of your product needs we will do our best to keep you happy.

No, we do not suggest dealing with wholesale companies who do not have an actual showroom or store to walk into. Many companies on the net are not trustworthy and just a p.o. box, or not showing any address of whom your dealing with is not enough to track someone down if you ever have fraudulent credit card activity or problems with that co., or if you need to make returns to them. Always demand a physical address from a co. before dealing with them.
I have seen other websites offering same Jewelry, are they your affiliates?
